Bakchang Fest
Vividly recall Mom's home-made bakchang; ori and nyonya style. Both were yummylicious and finger-to-toe-licking good. Despite the immobility of her right hand, she managed to wrap and tie the changs to perfection. Yeah! She's one heck of a talented lady. The only home-made changs I get to eat now are from C's aunt. On Monday I had kansui changs brought home by a housemate and now I'm having the savoury changs for lunch.// oil replenished @ 13:37
